Improvement and renovation of worn-out urban and non-urban tissues

The formation of some neighborhoods and areas of large cities for various reasons is such that it contradicts the rules and standards of urban planning and architecture today, especially in metropolitan areas. This texture has become more and more worn over time, and in addition to the wear and tear of buildings, their network of urban facilities is also worn out and loses its urban functions.

In this type of activities, we adhere to the principle of loyalty to the past and preserving the identifying works in them. Improvement activities are carried out with the aim of utilizing existing potential and actual facilities and strengthening the positive aspects, and weakening the negative aspects through support, care, maintenance, protection, rehabilitation, consolidation and repair.
